  • Drive Efficiency: Invest in technology and automation to enhance the effectiveness of our analysts’ work.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal partners, influencing company-wide strategy and business initiatives.
  • Rigorously pressure test and strategize on analytics to optimize for member behavior and product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to create the best possible member experience.

What we are looking for:

  • 15+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role, turning data into business insights with 5+ years in an executive role leading a large Analytics Organization.
  • Prior experience effectively managing, scaling, motivating and developing a strong team in a dynamic and highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading business and technology transformation, strategic planning, and driving implementation of transformative vision.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of successful leadership to drive results and proactively manage change in a complex and dynamic organizational, technological, and operating environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technology stacks covering comprehensive data platforms and analytics platforms.
  • Experience within the consumer tech industry, financial services, or technology experience is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to mathematics, statistics, analytics, data science, or a related field

The Credit Karma Intern Program is a 12 week paid internship located in Charlotte, NC. The Social Media Creative Director is responsible for driving and continuously elevating the overall creative expression of Credit Karma’s brand on social media, as well as guiding messaging and brand consistency across all of our exciting product areas and key initiatives.   • Identify research topics and plan studies to deliver significant impact on our members and company
  • Directly lead research projects end-to-end, including planning, design, analysis, communication, and application of generative, formative, and post-launch evaluative research

As a Senior People Operations Partner, you will support the People team in achieving their strategic goals and delivering an exceptional People experience. You will collaborate with People sub-teams to ensure the effective implementation of People initiatives, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do:

Technology Management and Consultation

You will support the People team’s technology initiatives. You will ensure that our People processes and systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with our organizational objectives.

  • Assist the People sub-teams in implementing, customizing, and maintaining People technologies.
  • Collaborate with the People sub-teams on user access, security settings, data integrity, and system setup.
  • Maintain an accurate People technologies database, including roadmap, features, SLAs, contacts, and contracts.
  • Provide support on technological decisions, contributing to change management and incident management processes.

Project Enablement

You will support the People team’s project initiatives by providing operational assistance. You will collaborate with project owners to ensure the successful execution of projects.

  • Collaborate with project owners to identify and address potential challenges or obstacles.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation and resources.
  • Support the communication and coordination between project teams and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall successful completion of projects by providing timely assistance and problem-solving as needed.

Change Management Consultation

You will support the People team’s change management initiatives. You will collaborate with People sub-teams to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans.
  • Collaborate with People sub-teams to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Identify potential risks and barriers to change adoption, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Support the communication and training efforts related to change initiatives.
  • Contribute to the overall success of change initiatives by providing operational support and problem-solving as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of People processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in a project management software

Credit Karma is looking for a resourceful, tenacious and thoughtful Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our world class People team, as we continue to scale all things for our US Karmanauts. What you’ll do:

  • Act as the key, dedicated Human Resource point of contact for our US Teams, and be a trusted advisor to a highly engaged, supported workforce
  • Advise people managers on people-related strategy and decisions aligned with business goals (including organizational design, planning, employee relations)
  • Maintain ongoing rhythm of people programs working with clients through performance management, talent planning and recognition programs
  • Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for supportive tools
  • Maintain ongoing compensation administration, and total compensation analysis to support  meaningful rewards strategy for talented Karmanauts
  • Innovate on established practices and procedures, collaborate with small teams and/or co-lead various projects targeting improved employee experience at Credit Karma
  • Partner with leadership on all things people – review and generate data, conduct analysis and provide insights, thought partnership and recommendations – real business partnering! 

What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of related experience in a fully-functional HR Business Partner role; ideally in a rapidly growing, high-demand, high-output role
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Previous HRBP alignment to Engineering or Technology Organizations

What we’d like to see:

  • Strong knowledge of current state (CA, NC, & SC) and federal employment laws
  • Strong technical/ analytical skills with an ability to manipulate data in Excel to influence the right outcomes for the business
  • Demonstrated success in autonomously driving projects forward successfully to completion

  • Effective influencer skilled in listening and communicating clearly & concisely
