  • Drive Efficiency: Invest in technology and automation to enhance the effectiveness of our analysts’ work.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal partners, influencing company-wide strategy and business initiatives.
  • Rigorously pressure test and strategize on analytics to optimize for member behavior and product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to create the best possible member experience.

What we are looking for:

  • 15+ years of experience in a highly quantitative role, turning data into business insights with 5+ years in an executive role leading a large Analytics Organization.
  • Prior experience effectively managing, scaling, motivating and developing a strong team in a dynamic and highly matrixed organization.
  • Experience leading business and technology transformation, strategic planning, and driving implementation of transformative vision.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of successful leadership to drive results and proactively manage change in a complex and dynamic organizational, technological, and operating environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technology stacks covering comprehensive data platforms and analytics platforms.
  • Experience within the consumer tech industry, financial services, or technology experience is a strong plus.

As our Staff Architect for AI Applications, you will join the senior architecture team at Credit Karma and lead a technology roadmap that matures our AI capabilities, working with product leadership to power intelligent experiences that make it easier for our members to achieve their financial goals.  This is a challenging role. Credit Karma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Site Operations team as a Technical Duty Officer (TDO). The TDO will play a critical role in upleveling our Incident Response and Problem Management capabilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and stability of Credit Karma’s systems and services. As the TDO, you will be responsible for safeguarding changes, managing incidents, driving postmortems, and establishing processes to identify and prevent recurring issues. As a Staff Product Security Engineer, you will join the Product Security team at Credit Karma and play a critical role in designing and influencing the technical strategy of Credit Karma’s Product Security Team. The Social Media Creative Director is responsible for driving and continuously elevating the overall creative expression of Credit Karma’s brand on social media, as well as guiding messaging and brand consistency across all of our exciting product areas and key initiatives. The Cloud Engineering team is responsible for enabling the organization by developing tooling and architectural patterns to leverage the public cloud in a reliable and scalable manner. The Cloud Engineering team is responsible for enabling the organization by developing tooling and architectural patterns to leverage the public cloud in a reliable and scalable manner. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader for the team as well as the organization and help evolve our technology through automation and reliable architecture as well help increase velocity by adoption of such implementations.

 What you’ll do:

  • Driving solutions and implementing systems that propel the organization as we leverage the capability of the Cloud to provide a seamless Platform. 
  • Compute Platform architecture and reliability (IaaS, PaaS)
  • Core infrastructure tools and frameworks (Configuration Management, IAM, WAF, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Monitoring, HA, kubernetes, Helm, FLux, etc.)
  • Working with Public Cloud, e.g. Google Cloud Platform, AWS, etc as well as container orchestration systems like Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate across Engineering and Product teams to translate application requirements to infrastructure capabilities
  • Maintaining an automation centric vision and incorporating SRE methodologies in an effort to increase reliability and decreasing toil
  • Involvement in technical design and architecture discussions and decisions as well as contributing to technical troubleshooting in various part of the stack

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a web-centric Linux production environment building and architecting infrastructure to scale modern web applications and supporting components.
  • Strong understanding of Computer Engineering with a focus on Infrastructure, Platform, and Application (Cloud, Containerization, Container orchestration, Network, Application Reliability, Database Architecture).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
  • Experience running Infrastructure at scale; utilizing Configuration Management and automation to ensure idempotency, ephemerality, and reliability.
  • Professional knowledge of Python, Go or other higher-level OOP languages
  • Professional experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform and CI/CD toolsets
  • Familiar with SRE methodologies and passionate about solving operation problems by utilizing automation and software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively vertically and horizontally within the organization via demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

What we’d like to see:

  • Experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, Mesos, etc. 
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment as well as Public Cloud, e.g. Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python, Go, or other higher-level OOP languages (eg. Ruby, C++, Scala, etc).
  • Familiarity with information security principles and best practices in virtual environments.

The Social Media Creative Director is responsible for driving and continuously elevating the overall creative expression of Credit Karma’s brand on social media, as well as guiding messaging and brand consistency across all of our exciting product areas and key initiatives. You will work closely with a team of senior creatives, social media strategists, and internal production team to craft high-performing, social-first marketing communications for multiple types of projects, primarily short form video, across multiple social platforms, focused on the Gen Z audience. We are looking for someone who has an intimate understanding of the creative and production process as a maker and a leader. The right candidate will have their finger on the pulse of culture and trends and how to create within that world to consistently produce breakthrough content at the speed of social. As a member of the Creative Marketing Team and reporting directly to our Group Creative Director, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary group of strategic thinkers, storytellers, designers and brand professionals helping our 130+ million members make financial progress. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with a team of experienced creatives to translate strong ideas into social first executions 
  • Develop highly engaging content for multiple platforms, e.g. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and prioritize short-form video 
  • Inspire and share your knowledge and deep understanding of how to reach and engage a young 18-24 audience with the wider team
  • Leverage our brand style guidelines in unique ways, while ensuring creative work is on brief, on brand and has an intuitive user experience
