Internship program.

Start your career off doing valuable work as an integral part of our team. You’ll be challenged to solve real-world problems and expand our mission while connecting with other interns as well as experts in your field.

New Grads.

As a New Grad you’ll work with industry experts and be innovative as you solve real-world problems. You’ll have the direction and guidance of a manager while maintaining freedom and autonomy to apply and expand your skill set.

New Grad Roles are applicable to those who have newly graduated with a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree. New Grads may receive an offer of employment while in their final year of studies or up to one year after graduation.

Engineering

There are lots of opportunities for engineers at CK: Spanning from front end to the back end – to building scalable systems that support new product features, and creating new surfaces on mobile and web platforms, to managing the large amounts of data we need to unlock financial insights every single day.

We are committed to investing in your success and growth. Engineering New Grads will go through an extensive Engineering Bootcamp which includes classes focusing on various code bases, specific technologies, and best practices.

Growth Marketing

In this role, you will be a key part of accelerating Credit Karma’s growth through creating highly personalized messages and product experiences. Our leadership team will provide coaching and mentorship as you own marketing and other member-facing initiatives from inception to launch.

Analytics

Joining our analytics team will enable you to use your analytical and strategic experience to create data-driven business recommendations that drive key product and marketing decisions or deepen relations with our partners (startup fintech to the largest financial institutions in the world).

Internship FAQs

We aim to start hiring 6 months before each internship program start date. However we hire interns on a rolling basis all throughout the year.

The Credit Karma Intern Program is a 12 week program with set start and end dates depending on the quarter or semester school system.

Currently the internship program is located in Charlotte, NC.

For most tech roles we go through a generalist recruiting process where we test on skillset and do team matching based on skills and business needs afterwards. For most non-tech roles, you apply directly to the role that is posted.

Yes, the Credit Karma Intern Program is a paid internship program.

Yes, we offer a housing stipend during the duration of the program.

Yes, intern to full time conversion is dependent on intern performance and headcount.
