Sucks!

This company is new and they’ve been having technical issues since I jointed them. I still can not create an online account and I’ve literally been calling them every 2 weeks to fix the issue only for them to keep giving me excuses and not fix the issue. How in the world does a financial institution not be able to to show you your account info online? I am planning on closing the account as soon as I pay it off next month. Save the stress and find another card to use.
