Closed without explanation

We have bought two couches with them, paid off each early. Left card open and just got notice it was closed on credit karma. Never got a notice or explanation from store. It had a 0 balance since 2018, But we never closed account. Wanted to keep it open for next time we needed to replace furniture. Anyways now our score dropped due to them closing our account…. DO NOT RECOMMEND
