BEWARE!!!

Credit Karma Member

BEWARE!!! Aspire Credit Card basically SCAMMED me. They canceled my card after I'd accumulated a few hundred in cash back rewards, which they only pay out annually. You are not able to cash the rewards in as you go. I paid my card off in full every month, and on time. My account was always in good standing. They just flat out canceled me and told me that my cash back rewards were FORFEITED. I won't be seeing my promised cash back rewards. The promised rewards were the only reason I was using this card. I was SCAMMED into using this card frequently because I was expecting cash back rewards from it. Instead, they took them away through no fault of my own. Had I known that they could SCAM me and cancel my card for no good reason, thus forfeiting all my accumulated rewards like that, I'd have used one of my other cash back rewards credit cards instead. I was basically BAITED into using it because of the promised rewards. I did everything right, never paid late, and always paid in full, yet they canceled me. If they'll do it to a good paying customer with an account that's always been in good standing, they'll do it to anyone. I have good credit and am in good standing with my other credit card accounts as well. Don't believe Aspire for any promised cash back rewards. They will ultimately CON you out of them. Also, after a while they all the sudden started charging a $5 monthly "account maintenance fee" when this card was originally advertised to me as a no annual fee card. This is a terrible company. There are alot of better credit cards out there than these can artists.
