I love this card!

If you use your card how I do, this is a great card. I use it for my monthly expenses and pay the balance in full at the end of every month. I pay no interest and get free cash back from stuff I'd buy anyways. They also offer changing deals where you can earn 5-20% cash back at your favorites stores from Macy's to Aldi, to McDonald's. I've been on a rebuilding credit journey for the last 3 years and they're the first one to issue me a cash back, no annual fee card since I've been rebuilding so there's sentimental value too. They probably hate me because I pay zero interest and get cash back, but I love them.

Chase is the only bank that's done this to me
— Credit Karma Member
Starting with this, my credit is PERFECT. Not a single negative mark. No late payments. Very high borrowing power. And a high credit score. When I applied for this card they uprooved me for 500 dollars. I was upset by this because every card I have is well over 5k, including another chase card. 500 is useless because u can't even use it without having a high utilization on it because it's so low. So now I've have a pull done and new account and it can't even improve my overall available credit noticeably. So I called, they checked me out and made it 5k dollars. I was happy. Fast forward a year or so, still perfect credit and all, they've dropped me back to 500 dollars. No reason. No help on phone. And now I've got all those negatives I already mentioned again. Credit took a hit for no reason. And I cannot cancel the account or I'll take another hit. They're the only bank that's done this to me, and they've done it on multiple cards making them useless and me a mad customer.
