Card obtained for someone
— Credit Karma Member
I opened this card in a close friends name and added myself as an authorized user to make sure they paid on time. This was an excellent card for getting them started establishing credit. I removed myself as an authorized used after a year and they still have the card and have had a great experience since 2019

Terrible Customer Service
— Credit Karma Member
I opened 2 cards a few years back to help build my credit up to purchase a home. There's been several times where I paid through their website, gotten a confirmation number, only to have it be counted as a late payment and then told "it was never confirmed". Its virtually impossible to get in touch with and actual person. The customer service and billing department aren't the same entity and their only communication with each other is thru a text message. I could go on and on; it got so bad that I had to record the conversations with the CS representative. I rarely ever write reviews but I feel as though this company's foundation is built on predatory lending and people need to be told the truth. BEWARE!
