I was approved with a starting limit of only $200 in January 2010.? Then in May 2010 they increased it to $1,500!!.? This sudden credit limit baffled me being a card holder for only 4 months. At the time my credit score was 680.? This Card is issued by GE Money Bank. It carries and interest rate of 26.99%.? Keep in mind on any credit card you are approved for try to never go over using 35% of? the available credit.? For example if your approved for $1000 limit only utilize $350. This keeps your credit score up and reduces the risk of your limit possibly being lowered and ending up in a maxed out status.

JCP needs to be involved in credit card company...

Furious with JCP. NO WONDER they are bankrupt and their stores are ALWAYS EMPTY. I had a $10,000 credit limit with their card I have had for YEARS and a ZERO BALANCE. Have always paid to a ZERO balance. Synchrony (bank for credit card) knocked my credit limit down to $500 for NO REASON except I had not used my card in 12 months!!?!?!? Seriously??!!??!! I have over an 800 credit score. Is this how they treat GOOD customers?? They have faced bankruptcy multiple times and our family has supported their stores. This needs to be corrected. ZERO reason for their bank to do this and they DO have control over getting this fixed. Why should I bother buying anything at their stores? I shouldn't have to BEG them to give them my business! They keep hiring all these top level executives to turn their company around. How about LISTENING to their customers and reading all the reviews? Was a loyal customer. If they don't fix this - will never purchase from their stores ever again.
