Was approved for the card thru credit karma. Tried to use it online after approval. Account was blocked and purchase was declined. Received an email that I would have to send in a copy of picture I.D. and proof of residence in order to get account unblocked. I sent in all the requested information. The next day the account was closed by sparrow. No clear answers as to why. The people that answered the phone where unprofessional. Very disappointed.
