23 year customer - no written warning acc. closed

Found out today after my credit score dropped 10 points, that my zero balance Victoria’s Secret account of 23 years was closed due to inactivity. I called and was told a letter was sent out in January 2024 stating my account might be closed - I received no such letter. There are times I haven’t used my account for a year and it was never closed before. This is upsetting. Victorias Secret has lost a long-time loyal customer.
