If I could give ZERO stars— it would be absolutely none. They have withheld information to GAP claims for over 6 months RACKING UP my payments on a car that I no longer had in my possession for over 7 months now and am having to OWE more money on this car even with having FULL COVERAGE, and GAP! This had lowered my credit score insanely because of this company. I will never purchase with them again.

You all have the worst financial system. I det things to AutoPay and then you don't take my money then charge me a late fee almost every month. I am sick of this as a service and it's ridiculous and sick that your system fails at functioning as a basic AutoPay and you punish the consumer for it.

I entered a wrong number on the payment and it ended up getting declined. My fault entirely. Rogelio helped me navigate and we compromised as my big concern was not having a late payment that would effect my credit score. He hit a grand slam!!!!

Made two over payments after paying off my car. They have yet to send me my money. One payment was made over 60 days ago and still no refund.

I used VW credit to finance my vehicle, unfortunately customer service is terribly lacking and after an erroneous charge they were unable to refund my account or cancel the pending transaction. Their solution was sending me a paper check that would show up within 2-3 weeks. On top of this, I asked for an email clarifying our discussion and they said they have no way of communicating with the customer outside. I find it ridiculous that a manager has no capability of sending emails or using any other way to have written communication with their customers. Avoid them and go with someone who has actual customer service representatives.

Poor customer service and they take your money and want to put it towards whatever they choose it to go to. I would not recommend this company to no one they are a rip off.

They dont know where they sent my title after paying it off 6 months ago. The lady said "They have no more interest in this loan."

Paid off my lease in November 2022, still waiting for the title. Called customer service more than 20 times, they are useless.

I am going through a divorce, which is difficult enough. Unfortunately, my vehicle has my husband's name listed first on the contract. My name IS on the contract, it is not ONLY in my husband's name, his is just listed first. I asked for my name to be added - not for his to be removed, just mine added - to the bill/invoice so that the post office will stop forwarding the bills to my husband at his new address, but apparently that's impossible for them to do. I do find it funny that they had ZERO issue taking MY money from MY account that doesn't have my husband listed, but they couldn't print my name on the bill simply because his name was listed first. The manager that I spoke to, Grant, even had to audacity to tell me before I hung up that I can call back any time and they be happy to take care of me - even though they did nothing to take care of my or my issue. I will never be doing business with this company again if that is how they treat their customers.

Don’t expect getting your title after paying off your car. It’ll either be lost or take forever.
