SCAM!!!!!!

Credit Karma Member ,Verified cardholder

If you get this card DO NOT EVER pay the balance in full!!! O had this card for two years and kept it as i had a good starting credit line. I finally got in a position to make a lump sum payment to get it to zero balance (always paying the minimum or a little more)…7 DAYS later waiting for it to update on my credit to 100% paid off, the company reduced my credit line by 1,000 making it appear the card was maxed out!! I called and spoke to a manager and her only reply was “we reserve the right to reduce your credit line at any time” and then told me my on recourse was to look at my credit report…WHICH THEY SCREWED UP. So their action ALSO put me in poor standing on my credit affecting any other credit options. My credit score dropped 38 points immediately because they reduced my credit line arbitrarily AFTER I made a $1,700 payment down to $700…TAKING $1,000 of my money in 7 days. SCAM. ILLEGAL!!! Build your credit with a credit union.

*Approval Odds are not a guarantee of approval. Credit Karma determines Approval Odds by comparing your credit profile to other Credit Karma members who were approved for the card shown, or whether you meet certain criteria determined by the lender. Of course, there’s no such thing as a sure thing, but knowing your Approval Odds may help you narrow down your choices. For example, you may not be approved because you don’t meet the lender’s “ability to pay standard” after they verify your income and employment; or, you already have the maximum number of accounts with that specific lender.
