More of a Good Thing
— Credit Karma Member
I have 3 Chase cards and this one is just as good if not better than the rest. Easy application process, generous credit limit, great online portal for keeping up on things, and great cash back perks as always with Chase. I do have cards from other companies, but Chase remains my favorite credit card company for the above reasons.

Terrible at settling disputes
— Credit Karma Member
Using this card is great. Low monthly payments, low APR, generous with credit limit increase. However, I tried disputing a product and service that I was unhappy with, because neither the product nor the service were as discussed before receiving. Tried to settle the issue with the merchant. They refused when they were clearly in the wrong. I even had proof. Despite this, the customer reps denied my dispute and hung up in my face. This sucks, because I followed the guidelines provided for filing disputes, and even tried to get the mattered settled with the merchant. The customer rep was obviously a foreigner and couldn't understand my problem (I don't think they really cared). According to the rep, my dispute was denied because I followed through with the transaction. This doesn't make any sense. In most cases, the customer has to pay before receiving the product. I'm disappointed. I split this purchase with my AMEX credit card, and disputed that half as well. Amex approved of my dispute, and I got half my money back. Thank you AMEX for looking out for you customers. Chase needs to step it up, and hire the right people for customer service.
