How to Access Your Account
Note: To update your password, visit the password reset page.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to log into your Credit Karma account, you have two options.
Change the email address on your existing account
To update the email address on your existing account, complete the instructions here: How can I change my email address?
Replace your existing account with a new account
You can create a new account to replace your existing one. Keep in mind, the information that was stored in your previous account, like any previous credit report history, won’t be available through your new account.
If your TransUnion credit report is currently locked as part of Credit Karma Credit Lock, it will be unlocked after you begin the replacement process. You may be able to lock your TransUnion credit report again after you finish replacing your account. Read more about this here: Can I lock my credit with Credit Karma?
If you have a Credit Karma Savings account, please do not replace your existing Credit Karma account. Instead, please contact member support for help.
If you prefer to change the email address on your existing account to regain access to it, please follow the instructions here: How can I change my email address?
